The purpose of this invention is to facilitate via mass android application distribution the registration of all forms of marriages (including customary and religious marriages) in countries domiciled in emerging markets including Africa and Asia. This app will integrate with government systems to allow remote registry of marriages. This technology will enable governments to register and issue marriage certificates for all marriages in their respective countries.
